The United States Gaming Consortium (USGC) collaborated with an internet-based educational platform, RG24seven, to initiate a complimentary program for gambling establishment personnel on recognizing and preventing human trafficking.

The program debuted on January 11th, coinciding with National Human Trafficking Awareness Day.

The instruction incorporates perspectives from prominent anti-trafficking organizations, law enforcement agencies, and the USGC’s dedicated anti-trafficking task force. It utilizes multimedia presentations and assessments to educate casino staff on recognizing potential trafficking scenarios and reporting them appropriately. Participants receive certification upon completion of the training.

Organizations interested in providing this training to their workforce can contact RG24seven for access.

The USGC is not the sole entity committed to combating human trafficking. Numerous other gaming enterprises also introduced novel initiatives in advance of National Human Trafficking Awareness Day.

The U.S. Gambling Group (AGA) is firmly dedicated to combating human trafficking. They’ve created a no-cost educational course to equip gaming sector workers of all ranks to identify and halt this terrible offense.

Wendy Anderson, the head of RG24seven, is honored to collaborate with the AGA in this vital endeavor.

Beyond the training, the AGA is making a concerted effort for Human Trafficking Prevention Month. They’re assembling materials customized for various segments of the sector and arranging gatherings with organizations like the University of Maryland’s SAFE Center and federal departments nationwide.
