Scientific Games has designated Amy Stehman as their new Head of Human Resources (CHRO). Stehman will be joining the company’s senior leadership group.

She comes to Scientific Games following a 25-year period at Koch Industries, where she occupied various management roles. In her latest position, Stehman will guide a worldwide staff of 3,000 individuals spanning 16 nations. A significant accomplishment during her time at Koch involved supervising the incorporation of Infor, a multi-tenant SaaS enterprise, into the Koch Industries holdings.

Stehman possesses extensive knowledge in organizational structure, talent cultivation, and nurturing a cooperative international environment. Notably, she functioned as the Executive Director of Business Transformation Change Management, where she spearheaded the creation of leadership approaches for digital and procedural transformation projects. Previously, Stehman held HR leadership roles at both Ingersoll Rand and Georgia-Pacific.

Pat McHugh, Chief Executive Officer of Scientific Games, conveyed his excitement regarding Stehman’s selection, remarking, “Amy is an experienced and energetic leader with profound proficiency in all areas of human resources. Her demonstrated history of constructing successful, high-achieving global groups and industry-tailored operational frameworks will be essential in supporting the organization’s expansion. Our entire executive leadership group eagerly anticipates her input as we collaborate to further enhance and advance Scientific Games.”

This announcement follows closely after Scientific Games’ statement in May 2024 concerning a broadened partnership with the Kansas Lottery to deliver its instant game administration system.

This Kansas venture is a game-changer! We’re discussing a partnership with a firm skilled in investment management, crafting engaging entertainment, leveraging data for operational efficiency, handling logistics expertly, overseeing renowned brands, and driving retail growth through strategic marketing.

Furthermore, they’re introducing their advanced SCiQ platform to select lottery vendors. Picture a system that monitors scratch-ticket inventory, ensuring retailers never face shortages of sought-after options. This agreement spans five years, with the potential for a five-year extension if successful.

Regarding enduring collaborations, this corporation recently renewed a significant contract with the New York Lottery for instant-win tickets. Their partnership has thrived for nearly five decades – a testament to their winning formula!
