Wagering startup, Betr, established by Joey Levy and Jake Paul, has procured the gaming platform Chameleon from FansUnite Entertainment. The transaction, assessed at over $7 million, grants Betr authority over a complete set of gaming technology, encompassing player account administration, a sports wagering engine, and casino management utilities.

This calculated maneuver is projected to substantially elevate Betr’s standing within the wider sports betting and internet gaming sectors. It also underscores Betr’s dedication to overseeing its technology and attaining enhanced profitability, as stressed by Levy. This purchase trails Betr’s penetration into crucial markets previously this year, coinciding with the March Madness basketball competition.

Our primary objective was to ensure the profitability of FansUnite, and this strategic purchase represents a significant stride towards that goal,” stated Scott Burton, Chief Executive Officer of FansUnite. “Furthermore, we are enthusiastic about maintaining a vested interest and capitalizing on Betr’s substantial growth prospects by retaining a portion of the enterprise.”
